EFFECT OF MASTERBATCH Reduces blocking tendency of two film surfaces in contact with each other. APPLICATIONS LDPE, LLDPE Films. LET DOWN RATIO 0.5% TO 1.5%. FURTHER INFORMATION Blocking tendency is most commonly observed in production of thin LDPE, LLDPE Films at higher processing temperatures and due to high winding tensions. Blocking tendency increases with corona treatment of these films.
